There are no additional charges, so you always know upfront what it is going to cost.

We like to keep our rates very competitive to ensure our valuable

property inventory services are at always at affordable prices.

PLEASE NOTE:

*Extra rooms or additional rooms such as additional bathrooms, receptions, dining rooms, studies, basements, loft conversions, conservatories, utility rooms, garages, large garden, sheds, etc within the property are priced at a flat rate of £5 they will have different entry for inspection in the property inventory report.

Inventory & Check-in: 50% OFF in the Check-In price if undertaken on the same visit as the Inventory Make.

For example 1 bed furnished + Check-In £115

New Tenancy: Updating an Inventory for new tenancy is charged at £35
